Evelyn began working with contractors, design and construction companies when she was 18 years old. She received her B.A. in Art in San Francisco and finished her graduate design work at Parson's School of Design. She manages all projects to fit your budget and timeline and partners with you on design decisions. Evelyn is a Berkeley resident and lives with her husband, 2 sons and 2 pups.
Juan Carlos is also a Berkeley resident, master builder and foreman. He began working in construction in his native Mexico over 20 years ago. Along with our plumber, electrician, roofer and assistants, we use our collective experience and knowledge to make your project become a reality.
